The primary responsibility of this position is to process executive and ordinary lawsuits—both in person at the office and remotely via the Judicial Branch’s Virtual Court Office. Support lawyers in executing all acts and/or procedures before courts of justice aimed at obtaining judicial rulings in judicial collection proceedings. Draft legal documents and perform other administrative tasks related to judicial collections. Liaise with lawyers, court receivers, and external providers. Monitor and track the judicial collection process—from the Bank’s custody request for enforceable titles through to asset auctions, including, where applicable, lifting judicial attachments. Monitor, track, and manage efficiency and effectiveness indicators for judicial proceeding processing.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Conduct court procedures to obtain favorable rulings—from case assignment at the law firm until conclusion of the lawsuits.\-Ensure proper progression of lawsuits to conclusion, maximizing recovery rates.\-Carry out instructions issued by the lawyer responsible for each court regarding assigned lawsuits.\-Coordinate with external providers to assign tasks—primarily to receivers—for serving attachments and seizing assets.
To succeed in this position, you need:
* Technical legal education.\-Three to five years of verifiable experience in processing executive lawsuits (bank collection experience preferred).\-Basic Excel proficiency.
