Main Responsibilities: * Advise the company on occupational risk prevention and occupational health matters. * Conduct on-site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and actions. * Implement, monitor, and follow up on the Occupational Safety and Health Management System. * Ensure compliance with **Supreme Decree No. 44**, guaranteeing correct implementation of its requirements. * Lead the implementation and follow-up of the **Psychosocial Risk Surveillance Protocol (CEAL\-SM/SUSESO)**, including execution of action plans. * Develop risk matrices, safe work procedures (SWPs), accident investigations, and technical reports. * Conduct inductions, training sessions, and safety talks. * Manage preventive documentation and accreditations on client companies’ platforms. * Coordinate activities with ACHS and other administrators of Law No. 16\.744\. * Support the implementation of the Karin Law regarding preventive matters and participate in psychosocial risk-related actions as required. * Supervise compliance with occupational safety and health regulations at offices, workshops, and construction sites.
