Currently, we are looking for a **Planning Manager**, to work on the Northern Airport Project; offices are located in Las Condes Commune, Chile. A one-and-a-half-year assignment is projected in Santiago, followed by relocation to the project region. **Functional/Contextual Aspects of the Position (Considerations):** * The role requires performing duties within the Planning Department. * The role involves constant interaction among team members. * The role demands strong memory, attention, concentration, and analytical abilities. * The role requires oral and written communication skills. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in infrastructure, singular building, and civil works projects. * Knowledge of services and infrastructure, design, scheduling, and construction sequencing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Office, Primavera, Power BI, Last Planner, and Lean Management. * Strong leadership, negotiation, effective communication, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative, and organizational skills. * Professional certifications and postgraduate degrees will be positively considered. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Develop project schedules (Gantt charts), coordinated with all involved departments. * Define action and milestone plans enabling agreement on each proposed strategic objective. * Monitor and verify physical progress of the ongoing project. * Represent the company before various entities participating in project execution. * Generate reliable information regarding project progress. * Prepare and maintain validity of the company’s various matrix reports. * Provide technical elements and knowledge, supporting the Operations Management in legal, technical, construction-related, AP and AS processes, and general regulatory matters (DGA, Vialidad, Serviu, MOP, etc.), to deliver information for Process Optimization Plans. **What We Offer You:** * Social benefits, work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity, and recognition. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, and healthy lifestyle practices. * The opportunity to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
