An OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR with experience in High Voltage, assembly and services on Power Transformers is required (EXCLUSIVE) Main Job Objective Ensure the proper fulfillment of contracts for projects / services related to assembly and maintenance of power transformers according to technical and commercial scopes of service, monitoring the correct execution of operational procedures planned by management Responsibilities * Supervise and ensure proper care of machinery and/or tools, as well as customer property, according to each project. * Use and maintenance of machinery and tools, both Lubrisider's and those belonging to the client being served. * Operation, use and maintenance of company vehicles assigned. * Care of equipment delivered for field work activities. * Depending on the contracted service, apply the corresponding procedures for the assigned task. * Establish, comply with, and enforce objectives and standards set by the company through its Internal Regulations of Order, Hygiene and Safety. * Maintain the physical fitness necessary to perform work without risk to health. Main Functions * Carry out and execute operational policies in order to achieve employer-established objectives. * Supervise and carry out fieldwork tasks required by each service, according to the position held within the company, maintaining the quality level provided by Lubrisider to its customers. * Comply with Safety Objectives and Standards established in the field, both from Lubrisider and those applicable to each current client. * Maintain operational safety at assigned workplaces. Working Conditions * Work at central office located in Santiago. * Field work with clients and suppliers throughout the country. * Occasional international travel for projects or training. Education: Academic Requirements: * Technical degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. * If academic requirements are not met, completed secondary education (IVº Medio) and 3 years of experience in the power transformer industry are required. Experience (EXCLUSIVE) * More than 2 years in electrical production areas involving High Voltage - Substations - Power Transformers * Experience in supervision or technical background in the power transformer field. Job Requirements (EXCLUSIVE) * Knowledge of electronics, industrial electricity and power transformers. * General knowledge of industrial safety and electrical systems. * Thorough understanding of the company's business sector. * Familiarity with Quality Management ISO-9001, Environmental Management ISO 14001, and Occupational Health and Safety Management OHSAS 18001 standards. * Proficient computer user skills. * Availability to travel.
