At Stefanini Chile, we are looking for a Network Specialist to join an important Energy sector project, performing duties at the central office of one of our clients in Santiago. **The main objective of this role is to provide specialized technical support in networks and communication systems, ensuring operational continuity, SLA compliance, and proper management of the client’s technological infrastructure.** **Responsibilities and Authorities** **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Daily management of tasks and tickets in support tools (SN, SensrIT or others). * Specialized Level 1 technical support to Field Service teams, both remotely and on-site. * Incident response and analysis, proposal of solutions, and follow-up until resolution, complying with contractual SLAs. * Morning and afternoon reviews of the client’s network performance, with daily technical reports submitted. * Up-to-date maintenance of inventories, diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation for operational systems. * Technical support to COT and CGT areas for managed and monitored equipment. * Participation in Technical Proposal (TP) planning processes. * Preparation of incident reports and technical improvement proposals. * Technical assistance during maintenance activities and service transitions. * Proper management and safeguarding of tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment. * Technical knowledge reception and transfer to operational teams. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Profile Requirements** ------------------------- * Professional degree as Electrical or Computer Civil or Executive Engineer, with specialization in ICT. * Specialization in Networking. **1 to 2 years’ experience in:** * Transmission communication systems or networks. * Transmission service or networking support. **Experience in:** * Operation and support of network platforms. * IT systems administration. * Security systems (desirable). * CCNA certification or higher (desirable). **Required Competencies** --------------------------- * Strong interpersonal relationship skills. * High capacity for teamwork. * Goal- and customer-oriented mindset. * Willingness to share knowledge. * Self-learning ability. * Tolerance for critical situations. * Initiative and perseverance. **Additional Information** * Stefanini Benefits * Work location: MUT * Schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:30–18:30; Friday 08:30–17:30 * 100% on-site modality Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
