Key responsibilities include: * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and other IT equipment. * Providing Level 1 technical support to users, both on-site and remotely, resolving incidents related to hardware, operating systems, and connectivity. * Identifying, analyzing, and escalating technical issues when necessary. * Supporting the management and monitoring of the technology infrastructure (networks, servers, UPS, etc.). * Generating reports on performed services, contributing to continuous improvement and the area’s knowledge base. * Managing and updating the inventory of IT assets. * Supporting technical documentation of infrastructure and area processes. * Proposing improvements to equipment, processes, and technological solutions.
