Key Responsibilities * Support in the **technical and documentary management of the project**. * Review of **drawings, technical specifications, and construction procedures**. * Control and monitoring of **construction progress**. * Preparation and review of **technical reports and progress reports**. * Coordination among **engineering, supervision, and technical inspection**. * Support in managing **RFIs, submittals, and project technical documentation**. * Control of **as-built drawings and project document closure**. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Construction, Executive Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in inspection or technical office management for civil works, infrastructure, energy, or mining projects. * Minimum 10 years’ overall professional experience. * Experience in payment certification control, quantity surveying, budgeting, and unit price analysis. * Knowledge of physical and financial progress control of construction works. * Experience in managing contract modifications, change orders, and contractual control. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications. * Experience in project documentation control and management. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel at intermediate–advanced level) and project planning and/or control software. * Availability for on-site work and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
