**About the company** I Am Not Plastic is a leading brand in Chile specialized in certified 100% compostable products. We aim to replace conventional plastic with sustainable alternatives that are just as practical. We work with retail, businesses, hotels, and clients in Chile and Latin America. We are looking for a **creative, responsible, and eager-to-learn person** to support the design, social media, and content team. **Main responsibilities:** **Graphic Design** * Create visual content for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). * Design simple materials for B2B clients (brochures, flyers, catalogs). * Assist in packaging, label, and merchandise design (stickers, t-shirts, bags, etc.). * Prepare final artwork and mockups. **Community Management** * Post content on social media and maintain the weekly calendar. * Respond to basic messages and comments. * Support the creation of reels and simple content (CapCut, Canva). * Basic monitoring of statistics (reach, engagement). **General team support** * Coordinate merchandise orders with suppliers. * Organize brand materials and files. * Attend the office at least **3 times per week in La Pintana** for in-person work and material handling. **Requirements** * Technical degree or studies in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or related field. * Intermediate skills in Canva and Adobe Illustrator. * Basic to intermediate video editing (CapCut, Premiere). * Basic knowledge of social media. * Willingness to learn and propose ideas. * Availability to work 3 days in person. **Valued (not required)** * Photography skills or ability to use a smartphone for content creation. * Previous experience in startups or brands. * Living near La Pintana / Puente Alto / San Bernardo / La Florida (offices are located in the southern area). **Schedule and conditions** * Full-time position. * Hybrid work: **3 days onsite in La Pintana + 2 remote days**. * Salary: **$650,000 CLP net monthly**. * Immediate start.
