




Job Summary: We are looking for an FDE to integrate Fintoc’s technology into our customers’ operations, improving their processes through development and AI-powered automation. With this role, we aim to **bring our technology directly into customers’ operations**. An FDE embeds into our customers’ daily workflows to improve their processes. **This is not consulting nor slide decks**: an FDE writes code, delivers functional tools, and leverages AI to generate rapid value. **As an FDE** ------------ * You’ll embed into the daily operations of our enterprise customers to deeply understand their payment, reconciliation, collections, or reporting processes. You’ll spend time in their offices to capture details visible only through in-person collaboration. * Using Fintoc’s infrastructure, you’ll improve their processes by building integrations, automations, and custom tools. Examples include: automating reconciliations between their ERP and banking data hosted in Fintoc; integrating our payment initiation service with their checkout funnels to maximize conversion; or building internal dashboards to monitor collections and payments in real time. * You’ll automate manual work using AI—from Cursor or Claude Code to automation tools like Retool or Google Cloud Functions. You’ll serve as the bridge between product and our customers, identifying patterns in customer needs and feeding them back to the product team to prioritize improvements and new developments. **What We Expect** ----------------- * ~3 years of experience in development, technology projects, operational areas, or process automation—ideally with exposure to customer-facing roles and dynamic or ambiguous environments. * Technical ability: you can program, query data using SQL, automate processes, and use AI to accelerate your work, prototype, and debug. * Ability to simplify complexity, make quick decisions under pressure, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Autonomy to drive projects from start to finish.
