




**Maclean Group**, a leading company in comprehensive services, is seeking a **Fleet Manager** to work for a **client**, under a **Temporary Services (ST)** arrangement. **Job Objective** Manage and control the client’s fleet, ensuring compliance with contractual deadlines, operational continuity, and an appropriate service experience for users. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate scheduling and planning of maintenance activities with users. * Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and its users regarding fleet and after-sales matters. * Monitor the legal and mechanical status of vehicles (maintenance, documentation, and insurance). * Manage replacement vehicles, TAG activation, and associated documentation. * Coordinate vehicle-related requirements (washing, technical inspections, insurance, roadside assistance). * Liaise with suppliers involved in fleet management, as applicable. * Update information in internal systems and the client’s systems. * Generate fleet status, savings, and payment status reports. * Support claims management and customer satisfaction surveys. **Requirements** * Technical or professional degree in automotive mechanics, logistics, business administration, or a related field. * **2 to 3 years** of experience in similar roles or fleet management. * Knowledge of vehicle documentation control and maintenance coordination. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and databases. * Prior experience in supplier relations and invoice control is desirable. **Conditions** * **Work Location:** Huechuraba, Corporate Office * **Working Hours:** 40-hour weekly schedule, Monday through Friday, either from 08:00 to 17.00 hrs. or from 09:00 to 18.00 hrs. * **Work Modality:** On-site * **Contract Type:** Temporary Services (ST)
