As a Field Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supervising and coordinating field operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining operational efficiency. * Supervise and manage field operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards and project specifications. • Coordinate and assign tasks to field personnel, optimizing workforce utilization and project timelines. * Provide leadership and guidance to field staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. • Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of field equipment. • Prepare and submit detailed reports on field activities, progress and any issues encountered. • Participate in project planning meetings and contribute insights from an operational perspective. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Technician, Industrial Technician or related field.• Minimum 5 years of general experience, including at least 3 years of experience in executing and coordinating field monitoring activities. • Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage diverse teams • Solid knowledge of relevant safety procedures and regulations applicable to field operations * Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to make quick decisions under challenging field conditions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in project management tools and software • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently within the region • Physical capability to work in various outdoor environments and under different weather conditions • **Additional Information** * Please indicate Salary Expectations.
