Our purpose is to bring educational innovation to every corner of the country; we are currently seeking a Field Commercial Advisor to join our consultative sales team. **Job Purpose** Advise and support sponsors and school leadership teams from subsidized private and public educational institutions throughout the acquisition and implementation process of resources and solutions that contribute to improving their learning environments and academic outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain client relationships by meeting regularly with them to identify their needs, understand their context, and offer value-driven solutions. * Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to prospective clients. * Manage and expand the client portfolio. * Provide technical and pedagogical advisory services to school leadership, sponsors, and municipal authorities, facilitating decision-making in direct and public procurement processes. * Lead in-person meetings on-site with school leadership, educational authorities, teachers, and technical teams nationwide. * Prospect, negotiate, and close deals—identifying and attracting new clients while successfully finalizing sales. * Actively participate in the analysis and follow-up of commercial proposals and tenders alongside the sales team. * Support the preparation and tracking of proposals, logs, and documents related to tenders and direct purchases. * Collaborate with telephone sales executives to generate sales opportunities from schools to their respective sponsors. * Foundational knowledge of tendering processes and agile procurement. * Maintain active relationships with key decision-makers (sponsors, principals, UTP heads, DAEM, SEP coordinators, procurement, IT, finance, and mayors’ offices). * Identify pedagogical and/or technological needs during on-site visits and propose customized, comprehensive solutions. **Job Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative sales, preferably within the education sector. * Proven experience implementing technological and educational solutions (ICT, connectivity, digital resources, educational furniture, among others). * In-depth understanding of the subsidized private and public education system—including its funding mechanisms (SEP, FAEP, PIE subsidy, integration) and organizational structure. * Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in office productivity tools. * Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems. * Basic/intermediate English. * Excellent writing, spelling, and communication skills. * Personal transportation (mandatory). * Availability to travel outside Santiago weekly (mandatory). **Conditions and Benefits** * On-site work mode: 80% fieldwork, 20% office-based. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:30 hrs. / Friday, 08:00–17:00 hrs.
