The role will play a key part in overseeing and ensuring the proper execution of all building services disciplines, guaranteeing technical compliance, adherence to construction sequencing, and effective inter-disciplinary coordination. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and oversee sanitary, electrical, fire protection (PCI), and low-voltage systems for the project. * Directly supervise on-site progress and proper execution by contractors for each discipline. * Verify compliance with defined construction sequences and technical standards for the project. * Support planning, scheduling, and review of contracts related to building services. * Maintain order, traceability, and effective coordination among all involved disciplines. **Experience:** * 3–5 years’ experience in building services for construction projects. * Proven on-site execution control experience. * Knowledge and hands-on experience with sanitary, electrical, fire protection (PCI), HVAC, and low-voltage systems. * Experience in planning and coordinating specialty contracts. **Requirements:** Civil Engineer or related degree. 3–5 years’ experience in building services for construction projects.
