Key Mission Concept Descriptions: **Smooth Execution**: Ensure each stage of the process (planning, coordination, execution, review, and delivery) proceeds without interruption, unnecessary delays, or misunderstandings, through clear, proactive, and timely communication among all involved parties. **Efficient Execution**: Optimize resource utilization (time, personnel, tools, and costs), minimizing rework, unnecessary travel, idle time, and any other source of operational inefficiency. **Quality Execution**: Comply with technical, regulatory, and service standards established by the organization and clients; deliver clear, accurate reports within agreed timelines, with professional and personalized attention. * Receive operational requests from the commercial or technical department, or directly from the client. * Review service scope, contractual conditions, available timeframes, and audit complexity. * Coordinate with the technical department to assign competent auditors based on audit type, location, and availability. * Schedule audits and notify all stakeholders (client, auditor, commercial team, support). * Manage necessary logistics (documentation, access links, system access, transportation or accommodation reservations if applicable). * Verify that deliverables (e.g., audit plan) are timely, complete, and delivered within committed deadlines. * Identify risks or deviations during execution and proactively manage them to minimize impact. * Monitor schedule adherence and report deviations to management. * Confirm with auditors receipt of required information and documentation prior to the audit. * Monitor progress status, confirm delivery dates, and validate required approvals. * Verify that deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered within committed deadlines. * Verify with support departments (billing, IT systems, quality, etc.) proper administrative execution of the service. * Address client requests or complaints during service delivery, internally coordinating necessary corrective actions. * Enter and update information in internal and/or client platforms per procedure and standard. * Participate in internal planning meetings and operational performance indicator reviews. * Support the commercial team in assessing operational feasibility of new proposals, raising alerts or recommendations. * Propose improvements to coordination processes, workload management, and resource allocation. * Ensure operational viability of new commercial projects. **Requirements** * Operations License (internal management and acquisition) * Professional with university or technical education in operations management, administration, commercial fields, or related disciplines. * Microsoft Office proficiency at minimum intermediate level (Mandatory) * Experience using planning tools and ERP/CRM systems. * Experience managing operational planning and coordination processes (Mandatory).
