The Analyst must verify the expense level of each activity related to the commercial process, as well as verify the correct execution of processes to ensure delivery of committed results. Additionally, the Analyst must track KPIs developed and requested by various teams from the Central Office. Your main responsibilities will be: Controlling expenses: Timely identify and communicate variances against the budget and various projections outlined in annual expense plans. Promoting technical methodologies and criteria: Collaborate with operational teams to drive continuous process improvement aligned with the Central Office’s vision. Strengthening controls and continuous improvement: Report on objective achievement, highlighting specific cases enabling strategic improvements in reporting. Cross-functional collaboration and technical communication: Work closely with operational teams to align criteria, identify gaps, and ensure proper application of methodologies. Communicate complex analyses clearly and substantively to support decision-making at the Central Office.
