




Job Summary: HR Assistant responsible for managing employee onboarding, updating employee information, and supporting administrative payroll processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supports administrative payroll processes The company requires an HR Assistant to work at its office located in Santiago. Conditions **Net salary:** $ 700\.000 **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:15. **Work location:** Santiago Center. **Responsibilities:** Onboard new employees into the ECP (Central Employee) system, validating documentation provided by the Selection Department beforehand. Review and ensure that onboarding documentation is complete and complies with established requirements. Execute hiring processes within organizational deadlines. Register new hires with the Labor Directorate (DT) and the Unemployment Fund Administrator (AFC). Maintain up-to-date employee information in all systems. Provide support for administrative processes in the payroll department. Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** Hold a Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Have at least 1 year of experience performing duties identical or similar to this position. Have experience in employee onboarding processes and handling HR or ERP systems.
