Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Risk Prevention Assistant to support administrative and preventive management in the Occupational Safety and Health area. Key Highlights: 1. A prominent national Facility Management company is currently seeking a Risk Prevention Assistant to support the Occupational Safety and Health department at our office located in Providencia. We seek proactive, responsible individuals eager to learn and gain experience in a dynamic environment while contributing to the company's preventive management. Location: Providencia, Metropolitan Region. ️ What will be your responsibilities? * Support administrative management in the Risk Prevention area. * Manage documentation related to Occupational Safety and Health. * Support data entry and follow-up of information on the ACHS portal. * Coordinate worker onboarding documentation. * Support preventive activities and other functions specific to the area. Working Hours * Monday to Thursday: 09:00–18:00 hrs. * Friday: 09:00–17:00 hrs. Net Salary $700\.000 Employment Modality Initial one-month contract, with possibility of extension based on performance and company needs. What Are We Looking For? * Student intern, graduate, or certified Technician or Engineer in Risk Prevention. * Prior experience or familiarity with the ACHS portal (DIAT, DIEP, and other procedures) is desirable. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Organized, responsible individual with strong communication skills. * Interest in professional development within the Risk Prevention field.
