




### **Finance Assistant \| Real Estate Sector \| 3-Month Project** Are you passionate about finance, accounting, and process organization? This opportunity is for you! ### **️** **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform and review fund transfers between company bank accounts and/or third parties. * Consolidate income and expenses, ensuring their correct accounting allocation. * Manage the opening and closing of current accounts, keeping documentation up to date. * Execute payments of contributions for real estate units at the time of registration or deed execution. * Verify bank account balances and transactions, ensuring alignment with expected deposits. * Upload transaction supporting documents related to settlements into the system and maintain updated records. ### **Requirements:** * **Technical degree** in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field. * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel** and **ERP** systems (FIN700 or similar desirable). * Knowledge of Treasury and Accounting processes: account analysis, invoicing, VAT payments, check control, etc. * At least **1 year** of experience in similar roles, preferably in the real estate or construction sector, though not mandatory. * High level of **organization, responsibility, and attention to detail**. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Professional ethics and a team-oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills and internal customer orientation. ### **Working Conditions:** * **Contract type:** Initially through an external company for a 3-month project, with possible extension. * **Work location:** On-site office in **La Dehesa** (commuter buses available). * **Working hours:** Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00 hrs.
