Position Summary: Arking is seeking an Architect to join its technical team, developing social housing projects, public buildings, and private buildings, as well as preparing documentation and presentations. Arking, an architecture and engineering firm, is looking for an Architect to join its team at its headquarters in San Pedro de la Paz, Biobío Region. As an Architect at Arking, you will be part of the technical team responsible for developing social housing projects, public buildings, and private projects. This is a full-time position (44 hours per week, or 42 hours per week after April 2026) to be performed onsite at our offices in San Pedro de la Paz. The contract is initially fixed-term and renewable, subsequently becoming indefinite. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation of projects and documentation for SERVIU, DOM, and the Regional Ministry of Health administrative processing, covering social housing projects, public buildings, and private projects—including architectural and specialty plans—using Revit, AutoCAD, and PDF editing. * 3D modeling and presentations using Lumion, PowerPoint, and PDF editing. * Completion of forms, declarations, and other documents required for administrative files, using PDF, Word, Excel, and online navigation. * Printing of documentation and plans, and physical preparation of administrative files—including plan folding, document archiving, spine labeling, etc. * Field-based topographic surveys of existing site conditions using measuring instruments, Google Earth, AutoCAD, Revit, and PDF editing. * Submission of administrative files to various government agencies. **Requirements:** * Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. * Proficiency in Lumion, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Google Earth, PDF editing, and online navigation. * Skills in file management and report preparation. * Strong communication skills for effective written and verbal interaction. * Additional desirable attributes include teamwork ability, attention to detail, and organizational skills. * Degree in Architecture or related field. * 2–3 years of demonstrable experience. * Basic English knowledge. * Residence in San Pedro de la Paz or within Greater Concepción.
