Proactive, organized individual with a passion for accounting ### **Accounting Analyst** A major multinational company is currently seeking an **Accounting Analyst** to join its Administration and Finance team! ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Process **expense reports** from all regions of the country via the **Oracle ERP system**. * Post journal entries. * Enter **invoices, bills, and vouchers** submitted by branch administrative staff across the **entire country**. * Maintain **ongoing communication with branches** to resolve observations and discrepancies. * Generate reports for **Treasury** and coordinate **Petty Cash replenishment**. * **Record and track accounting follow-up** on discrepancies arising. ### **✅** **Requirements:** * Technical or intermediate-level education in **Accounting, Administration, or related field (Students halfway through their program are also eligible)**. * **ERP experience** (preferably Oracle or any similar system). * Experience in journal entry posting, **expense reporting, or accounts payable**. * Knowledge of **taxes**. * Proficiency in **Excel (basic/intermediate level)**. * **Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented** individual. * Positive attitude, efficiency, and ability to follow procedures. * **IMMEDIATE availability** ### **Employment Conditions:** * Employment contract with an **external company** for the first 6 months, followed by potential internalization. * **Work modality:** On-site (offices located at **Ciudad Empresarial, Huechuraba**). * **Working hours:** Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM; Friday until 5:00 PM. * **Net monthly salary:** $950\.000. * **Benefits:** Shuttle bus service from **Metro Zapadores** . ✨ If you are a **proactive, organized individual with a passion for accounting**, we invite you to apply and become part of our team!
