* Position: Administrative Assistant
* Schedule: Monday and Tuesday, 08:30–17:30 hrs.; Wednesday to Friday, 08:30–16:30 hrs.
* Daycare Center: JI Pinina
* Commune: Purranque
* Address: Orlando Montecinos s/n, Kansa
* Region: Los Lagos
* Duration: Replacement
JOB OBJECTIVE:
To manage and implement administrative and operational processes at the daycare center or nursery, providing comprehensive support to the team, safeguarding the proper functioning of the facility, ensuring timely attention to families, and promoting the well-being of girls and boys—aligned with the institution’s Educational Project, institutional guidelines, and current regulations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Manage operational and administrative requests and procedures of the facility, ensuring appropriate information flow between the Regional Office and other agencies through documentation processing and/or receipt of information.
* Administer, verify, and maintain up-to-date information on girls, boys, and families related to enrollment, registration, daily attendance, quota management, waiting lists, and cycle completion for use in relevant administrative processes.
* Ensure control over the Early Childhood Nutrition Program (PAP) to implement it as established, managing data entry into the institutional platform and ensuring efficient use of resources.
REQUIREMENTS
* Technical secondary-level degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field from an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education.
WORK EXPERIENCE
* One (1\) year of experience in a similar position.
