Promotes professional growth and personal well-being. **Job Description:** The Accounts Receivable Analyst is responsible for managing the collection, reconciliation, and resolution of assigned accounts receivable balances, ensuring timely payment recovery, adherence to customer-established deadlines, and accuracy of accounting records. Take your career to the next level as an Accounts Receivable Analyst! **What You’ll Do:** * Timely follow-up on issued invoices and manage portfolio collection with various customers, ensuring compliance with payment terms and contributing to appropriate portfolio recovery. * Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely, solution-oriented support. * Proactively identify and resolve issues that may prevent or delay account payments. * Perform complex account reconciliations to identify, analyze, and resolve discrepancies and outstanding balances. * Take necessary actions to escalate and resolve issues related to portfolio recovery. * Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial and accounts receivable reports to facilitate decision-making. * Prepare and negotiate settlement agreements, ensuring proper preparation and management of related documentation. **What We’re Looking For:** * Required academic level: Professional or technical degree in administrative, commercial, accounting, or related fields. * More than 3 years of experience in roles related to collection and portfolio management processes. * Technical knowledge: Intermediate Excel skills, with ability to manage, analyze, and organize information using formulas, tables, and tracking tools.​ * Competencies: Commercial orientation, assertive communication, customer focus, negotiation ability, and goal-oriented execution. * Competencies: Results orientation \- Communication \- Commercial impact and influence – Proactivity \- Organizational ability \- Structuring. * Determines the best method to achieve results and can suggest improvements to policies and procedures. * Actions impact the organization.
