Ensure compliance with procedures and support operational security. **Confidential** July 02, 2026 ### **Uncategorized** #### **Key Points** Puerto Montt Shifts To be agreed upon Fixed-term contract Vacancies: 1 #### **Job Offer Details** ### **Job Responsibilities** At Ventisqueros, we are looking for a **Security Guard** for our offices located in Chinquihue, Puerto Montt. **What will be your main challenge?** ------------------------------------ Contribute to the safety of our people, facilities, and assets by performing surveillance, access control, preventive patrols, and reporting security incidents, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and supporting the company’s operational security. **Main Responsibilities** ------------------------- * Conduct preventive patrols inside and outside the facility. * Control the entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and trucks. * Report security incidents, anomalies, and other security-related events promptly. * Participate in drills, security exercises, and emergency response teams. * Coordinate actions with various departments within the facility to maintain safe operations. * Prepare daily reports and support continuous improvement of security processes. ### **Job Requirements** • Completed Secondary Education • Valid OS10 course certification (mandatory) • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Security Guard • Basic Microsoft Office skills • Availability to work rotating 4x4 shift schedules ### **Benefits** Meals Shuttle buses
