Job Summary: We are seeking a Paramedic to provide first aid and nursing procedures, participate in rescues, and conduct clinical follow-up of patients. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain order and proper functioning of equipment At IST Occupational Health and Safety Organization — a mutual insurance entity dedicated to prevention — we seek to incorporate a **Paramedic** to work at our **Linares Care Center**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide first aid and nursing procedures to workers injured in accidents or suffering from occupational diseases. * Participate in rescues and emergency response under hazardous conditions, ensuring both personal safety and patient safety. * Conduct clinical follow-up of patients prescribed rest and keep their clinical records up to date. * Support worker care at affiliated companies and external polyclinics. * Prepare statistics and care reports, and timely manage necessary supplies. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper functioning of area equipment and facilities. * Comply with internal protocols and regulations. * Perform other related duties as required by operational needs and supervisor assignments. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Higher Technical Degree in Nursing (**Mandatory**). * Registration with the Superintendence of Health (**Mandatory**). * Minimum of 2 years’ verifiable experience. * Valid CPR/AED certification. * Knowledge of MINSAL protocols. * Knowledge of Law No. 16\.744\. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Residence in Linares. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday. **WORK LOCATION:** Avenida Brasil No. 572, Macromédica Medical Center, Linares. *At IST, we believe in the value of diversity and inclusion.
