Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Plumber to perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on sanitary networks, hydraulic systems, and associated equipment within critical retail facilities. We are looking for a **Maintenance Plumber** to join our technical team, responsible for executing preventive and corrective maintenance on sanitary networks, hydraulic systems, and associated equipment, contributing to the proper functioning of infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities:** -------------------------- * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on potable water, sewage, and stormwater networks. * Carry out repair and installation of pipes, valves, fittings, sanitary fixtures, and hydraulic equipment. * Perform thermofusion and electrofusion work on pipes made of various materials. * Diagnose failures in sanitary systems and propose timely technical solutions. * Conduct periodic inspections of critical installations to ensure operational continuity. * Support maintenance activities for pumping systems, tanks, pumps, and hydraulic networks. * Perform unclogging and cleaning of sanitary networks. * Complete maintenance records and reports of completed work. * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and established procedures for hospital facilities. * Coordinate work with other maintenance specialties as required. * Respond to operational contingencies and emergencies according to internal procedures. **Requirements:** --------------- * Completed Secondary Education, Mid-level Technical or Professional Technical qualification in Sanitary Installations, Construction, or related field. (Not mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing and infrastructure maintenance. * Experience maintaining critical facilities, hospitals, clinics, corporate buildings, or high-complexity infrastructure. * Knowledge of potable water, sewage, stormwater, and hydraulic network systems. * Demonstrable experience in thermofusion of PPR, HDPE, or similar pipes. * Knowledge of operation and maintenance of water pumps and pumping systems. * Ability to interpret sanitary installation plans and diagrams. * Preferred experience in hospital systems or continuously operating facilities. * Preferred SEC certification or courses related to sanitary installations. **Conditions:** ---------------- * Direct employment contract with the company. * Work schedule based on shift system. * Work location: Chicureo, Región Metropolitana. * Competitive salary aligned with market standards and experience.
