Ensure proper operation and preservation of facilities. ### **Job Objective:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on hotel facilities and equipment to ensure their proper operation and operational continuity, in accordance with established safety and quality standards. **Main Duties and Knowledge Requirements:** * Perform electrical and electromechanical maintenance tasks. * Carry out domestic and industrial plumbing work. * Conduct repairs and maintenance of electrical installations. * Perform minor construction works and finishing tasks. * Inspect, maintain, and repair centrifugal pumps. * Support maintenance and inspection activities for air conditioning (HVAC) systems. * Detect and resolve faults in the establishment's facilities, equipment, and systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to operational needs. * Ensure proper operation and preservation of facilities. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in maintenance, electromechanics, or related positions. * Demonstrable knowledge of electricity and plumbing. * Knowledge of centrifugal pumps and HVAC systems. * Knowledge of minor construction works and finishing tasks. * Ability to solve problems and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
