At CENTRAL BOMBAS SPA, a company specialized in maintenance for buildings, condominiums, and companies, we seek to incorporate into our team an all-round Technician with a proactive and responsible profile and solid technical knowledge or studies in Electromechanics or Electricity. Our headquarters is located in the commune of Santiago, and we serve residential and commercial communities across various communes of Santiago and other Regions. Job Objective Ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of hydraulic systems in buildings, communities, and companies. This role is essential to guarantee water supply availability, prevent critical failures, and maintain service quality for residents. Main Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to established plans. * Carry out work in pump rooms, potable/sewage water tanks, and rainwater systems. * Conduct technical inspections and generate digital maintenance reports. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and functional condition of technical rooms and their components. * Respond to on-site emergencies when required. * Perform electrical work related to equipment operation. * Ensure continuous and efficient operation of the building's critical systems. Requirements * Technical education in Electromechanics, Electricity, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. * Proven experience in operation and maintenance of pumps, filters, tanks, and water distribution systems (mandatory). * Knowledge of sanitary regulations (preferred). * Availability for on-site work and occasional shifts. * Class B driver's license (mandatory).
