Coordination and supervision of technological security installations Vigilante On Line, a Chilean company specializing in Agricultural Technological Security, is looking to hire an Operations Coordinator who will serve as the operational and technical arm of the department. This is a key role offering increasing autonomy and clear career progression within a company undergoing growth and professionalization. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct on-site technical surveys and inspections, and design project solutions (CCTV, alarms, networks, etc.). Prepare technical proposals to meet client requirements. Compile equipment lists and prepare technical quotations for projects. Plan, coordinate, and supervise field technicians’ work. Supervise installations, perform technical reviews, and validate commissioning. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Minimum 4 years of experience installing Dahua and Hikvision CCTV systems. Knowledge of CCTV-related equipment, systems, and technologies. Proven experience configuring and commissioning electronic security systems. Valid Class B driver’s license. Availability for on-site work (approximately 40% of working hours). DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS (PREFERRED) Experience with Dahua and Hikvision servers. Familiarity with other brands and technologies: AJAX, Ubiquiti, alarm systems, and IP networks. Experience coordinating or leading field technicians. Proficiency with Microsoft user applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Technical education in electronics, telecommunications, networking, or electricity. (Proven experience carries equal or greater weight than formal qualifications.) WE OFFER Net monthly salary between $1\.000\.000 and $1\.300\.000, depending on education and experience. Indefinite-term employment contract. Company vehicle for on-site travel. Full-time schedule: 60% office and workshop / 40% on-site (regions).
