Finning, the strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and leader in equipment distribution and services, is searching for top talent to fulfill the role of **Storekeepers** for the **Chuquicamata Underground** contract under a 7x7 shift system. The Storekeeper must carry out warehouse or storeroom activities related to spare parts, goods receipt, preparation, and dispatch to customers, as well as warehouse administration and safety. As the primary responsibility, they must administer, safeguard, and maintain mechanical tools used by the mechanical and electrical workshops on site; maintain inventory records of tools issued to each field and workshop mechanic and electrician. They must also administer, safeguard, and procure minor consumables required for reinforcement work and mechanical repairs. **Job Responsibilities:** * Participate in tool, instrument, and spare parts inventory counts and reconciliations. * Operate a forklift. * Supervise, issue, and manage tools and instruments. * Supervise, issue, and manage PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). * Conduct inventories of tools, instruments, and PPE. * Collect domestic waste. * Handle shipment of APD samples. * Clean spare parts shelving. * Conduct inventories of mechanics’ toolboxes. **Requirements:** * Secondary-level education in fields related to the position. * Knowledge of basic mechanics (familiarity with all types of machines and tools). Computer literacy at user level.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * SAP experience. * Preferably reside in Calama or Region II.
