Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to market and provide advisory services for equipment, tools, and supplies for automotive workshops, with a strong focus on customer development. Ongoing product training A company specialized in marketing equipment, tools, supplies, and solutions for automotive workshops is looking to hire a **Technical Sales Representative**. The position may be performed on-site, in the field, or as a combination of both, depending on the candidate’s profile, experience, and strengths. We primarily seek a candidate with knowledge of manual, electric, and/or pneumatic tools, ideally with prior experience or familiarity with the automotive, mechanical, industrial, hardware, spare parts, tire, lubricant, machinery, or industrial supply sectors. Previous sales experience will be valued but is not mandatory. Our main priority is to find a responsible, proactive individual with strong communication skills, customer orientation, and motivation to learn and grow within the commercial area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer service and commercial advisory. * Selling tools, equipment, and supplies for automotive workshops. * Following up on quotations and business opportunities. * Customer portfolio development and maintenance. * Conducting commercial visits to workshops, tire shops, service centers, transportation companies, and other potential customers, as applicable. * Achieving commercial objectives and targets. * Ongoing training on the products and solutions marketed by the company. **Requirements:** * Knowledge and experience using manual, electric, and/or pneumatic tools. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Residence in one of the communes of Greater Concepción. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Responsibility, proactivity, and commercial orientation. * Availability to work on-site, in the field, or in a hybrid mode. **Particularly valued** is prior experience in hardware stores, tool retailers, mechanical workshops, automotive spare parts, tires, lubricants, machinery, industrial supplies, or technical sales. **Workplace:** Greater Concepción, Biobío Region.
