Job Summary: CCU is seeking a Maintenance Operator to operate, adjust, and maintain equipment, ensure product quality, and participate in continuous improvement at its Renca plant. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently seeking a **Maintenance Operator** to join our Renca plant. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Operation and Adjustment:** Operate and adjust assigned equipment according to technical specifications to meet the production plan while ensuring product quality. * **Technical Maintenance:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to guarantee operational continuity of machinery. * **Safety and Self-Care:** Comply with hygiene and safety regulations, use personal protective equipment, and collaborate with the safety pillar (TPM/PPA) to prevent accidents. * **Quality and Food Safety:** Conduct inspections and record data per plant licensing standards to ensure safe and high-quality products. * **Continuous Improvement (TPM):** Actively participate in eliminating losses and resolving problems through audits and training to improve plant performance indicators. * **Reporting:** Timely report any deviations in results or equipment operation to the relevant departments. **Minimum Requirements:** * **Education:** Higher Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field. (Mandatory) * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial operations. * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with quality standards (FSSC22000\), safety standards (ISO 45001\), and environmental standards (ISO 50001\).
