Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and managing equipment availability. Key Highlights: 1. Technical team leadership and promotion of continuous improvement. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and assign maintenance team tasks during the shift. * Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. * Inspect equipment and facilities to identify improvement opportunities and intervention needs. * Manage work orders and support maintenance scheduling. * Coordinate external services and contractors when required. * Ensure the availability and proper operation of production equipment. * Participate in continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives. * Maintain smooth communication with production departments to ensure operational continuity. * Lead the technical team, promoting goal achievement, adherence to procedures, and sound work practices. ### **Requirements:** * Technical or professional degree in Industrial Mechanics, Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance with personnel under supervision. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment. * Proficiency in maintenance activity planning and coordination. * Experience in process plants or production industries is desirable.
