Commitment to safety standards and use of PPE. **Maintenance Technician \- REPLACEMENT** -------------------------------------- ### **Job Objective** Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks at the Country Club facilities, ensuring their proper operation, good condition, and appearance, while complying with established safety and quality standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support in preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities. * Execution of minor plumbing repairs and support in basic electrical work. * Support in welding tasks and infrastructure maintenance. * Installation, maintenance, and repair of doors and windows (wood, aluminum, or metal). * Minor furniture maintenance and repair. * Transportation of materials and logistical support in warehouses. * Waste management: collection, removal, and compliance with recycling protocols. * Maintenance of green areas: * Mowing lawns, weeding, irrigation, and reseeding. * Maintenance of soccer fields. * Replacement of gravel and crushed stone in parking lots and common areas. * Support in maintenance and setup of barbecue areas (quinchos). ### **Requirements** * Completed secondary education. * Health compatible with the position (no underlying illnesses limiting job functions). * Experience in general maintenance tasks (preferred). * Basic knowledge in: * Plumbing * Electricity * Welding (support role) * Commitment to safety standards and use of PPE. ### **Conditions** * **Net salary:** $539\.000 * **Transportation allowance:** $60\.000 * ️ **Benefit:** Meals included * + **Contract type:** Fixed-term (project-based) **Period:** July 14 to July 20 // July 21 to August 1. **Location:** Country Club ### **Shifts and Schedule** * **Rotating shifts:** * **First week:** Wednesday to Sunday * **Second week:** Monday to Saturday * **Weekly hours:** 40 hours * **Lunch break:** 1 hour daily If you are a responsible, proactive individual with a positive attitude toward fieldwork, capable of supporting diverse maintenance tasks and contributing to the proper functioning of the facilities.
