At OXZO S.A., we are seeking a Land-Based Operations Technician to join our team on a 5x2 work schedule, conducting visits to fish farms in the southern region of the country. Your primary responsibility will be to perform operational activities and preventive and corrective maintenance of the company's oxygenation systems, ensuring equipment operational continuity and service quality delivered to our customers. Key Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Conduct field inspections and technical diagnostics. * Report failures and improvement opportunities. * Complete service records and reports. * Ensure proper use of equipment, tools, and vehicles. * Comply with safety and quality standards. Required Profile We seek technicians with medium- or higher-level education in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, Refrigeration, Industrial Automation and Control, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or field technical services. A valid Class B driver's license, willingness to travel within the southern region of the country, and basic computer tool proficiency are required. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in aquaculture or fish farming. * Knowledge of pumping systems, electric motors, instrumentation, or water treatment. * Experience in fieldwork and customer service.
