Job Summary: We are seeking an Installation Supervisor with experience in railway construction management and planning to join our team, overseeing the installation of signaling systems and ensuring compliance with EHS standards. Could you be the full\-time onsite Installation Supervisor we’re looking for in Santiago, RM, CL? **Your Future Role** Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in railway construction management and planning control in a cutting-edge field. You will work alongside dedicated and collaborative teammates. Together, you will share the impact your role has on installing signaling systems for mainline and urban (M\&U) routes. Day-to-day, you will closely collaborate with design teams, installation teams, and EHS specialists—ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as guaranteeing quality and accuracy in executing installation activities—and much more. We will rely on you to: * Specifically supervise and support installation activities for mainline and urban (M\&U) signaling systems—both trackside and onboard—following instructions and guidance from the Installation Supervisor and Team Leaders, while also ensuring application of safety, health, and environmental (EHS) policies, local regulations, and professional standards. * Execute specific installation activities according to design documentation and instructions from the Installation Leadership. * Comply with EHS procedures and maintain defined personal protective equipment (PPE), ensuring implementation of collective protections. **Your Profile** We value passion and attitude above experience.
