A prominent company in the sector is seeking **Electronic Security Technicians** with proven experience for installation and maintenance tasks involving CCTV, access control, and alarm systems. **Responsibilities:** * Installation and configuration of CCTV systems. * Implementation of access control systems. * Structured cabling installation and certification. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of all installed systems. * Fault diagnosis and resolution, both on-site and remotely. * Configuration of basic networking equipment: switches, simple VLANs (pronounced "vlans"), IP addressing, PoE, and inter-device links. * Technical documentation of installations, site surveys, reports, and schematics. * Customer support during commissioning, basic usage training, and post-installation support. * Compliance with safety regulations and internal company policies during on-site or client-side work. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience installing access control equipment, security cameras, configuring devices, and structured cabling. * Technical knowledge of operation, connection, and maintenance of these systems. * Proficiency with electrical and manual tools. * Ability to read electrical plans and diagrams. POSITION TO BE FILLED: * Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM (on-site), plus one additional paid hour. Availability for passive on-call duty on Saturdays and Sundays (paid hours).
