**Job Mission**
The person assuming the role of **Contract and Equipment Technical Supervisor** will be responsible for diagnosing and planning equipment repair and maintenance in accordance with factory-defined standards and criteria. In addition, they will lead maintenance service work teams, ensuring efficient technical and administrative management focused on operational continuity and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**
* Prepare equipment maintenance and repair budgets.
* Conduct fleet equipment inspections and evaluate their operational performance.
* Recommend and supervise maintenance and repair activities in workshops and in the field.
* Prepare technical reports for customers and internal departments.
* Recommend spare parts and technical solutions to optimize equipment availability.
* Provide technical advisory support to internal and external personnel.
* Identify and implement improvements in equipment application and utilization.
* Coordinate pre-delivery and commissioning processes for equipment when applicable.
* Lead teams associated with maintenance and technical assistance contracts.
* Train and develop internal and customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance.
* Ensure proper technical and administrative management of service contracts.
* Promote compliance with SYSO and ISO standards and company safety requirements.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher technical diploma in mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar positions.
* Experience in leadership of technical teams and maintenance management.
* Advanced knowledge of mining equipment, mechanics, electricity, and electronics.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
* Technical English is desirable.
* Leadership, technical analysis, effective communication, results orientation, and collaborative work skills.
* Willingness and ability to work both on-site and in industrial environments related to mining operations.
