We also provide energy efficiency solutions for both public and private clients. **Why Ferrovial?** * **Global presence, local impact:** Join a company shaping the future of infrastructure worldwide, with challenging roles and projects that truly make a difference. * **Collaborative excellence:** Work alongside top professionals in a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions are valued. * **Inclusive culture:** Advance your career in an innovative and respectful environment that values every opinion, celebrates what makes us unique, and transforms differences into innovation. * **Professional growth:** Benefit from global and cross-business-unit mobility, supported by development programs designed to ensure your professional advancement. * **Attractive benefits and employee well-being:** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that rewards your work and dedication, and take advantage of initiatives designed to support your physical and mental well-being. * **Productivity tools:** Use innovative tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance your productivity and efficiency. **Role Description:** ======================== **Position Objective:** The primary objective of this role is to ensure the timely supply of materials, equipment, and resources required for construction site activities, by coordinating logistics, tracking purchases, dispatches, and deliveries, and verifying compliance with technical requirements, deadlines, and procedures established by the company and the client. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Supply Control and Management: Plan and manage the supply of materials, equipment, tools, and machinery required for construction execution, reviewing the project schedule and anticipating operational needs to ensure timely availability and prevent disruptions to construction activities. * Supplier Tracking and Coordination: Continuously monitor purchase orders, manufacturing processes, dispatches, and deliveries; maintain effective communication with suppliers and involved internal departments; and promptly manage deviations, discrepancies, or delays that could affect project progress. * Accreditation and Entry Documentation Management: Coordinate and manage documentation, permits, accreditations, and entry requirements mandated by the client and applicable regulations, ensuring timely authorization of equipment, machinery, transporters, and personnel for site access. * Inventory Administration and Warehouse Control: Supervise the receipt, storage, custody, and distribution of materials and supplies, maintaining up-to-date records and documentary traceability via delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders, and other related documents, ensuring appropriate inventory control. * Site Logistics Coordination: Act as the liaison between procurement, logistics, transportation, administration, and field operations teams, coordinating the efficient flow of resources and ensuring adherence to scheduled deadlines for project activity execution. **Position Requirements:** * Higher Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Administration, Construction, Electrical Engineering, Executive Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar or related roles in logistics, procurement, and/or warehouse management. * Experience managing documentation associated with purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and receipt records. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. **Seize the challenge.
