Conduct technical consultations and field support according to product lines. Execute scheduled maintenance, collect requirements, resolve unexpected issues and customers’ technical requests, and perform failure analysis—all in accordance with company and/or client standards and procedures. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify and report business opportunities arising from field interventions. * Prepare quotations according to requirements. * Generate reports to management to validate warranty process implementation. * Independently install, repair, inspect, and deliver products and equipment at the customer’s site or at our own facilities. * Resolve and analyze uncommon problems using a variety of approaches, tools, and techniques to identify operational or process-related issues and determine appropriate corrective actions. * Perform advanced and specialized repairs and inspections of products and machinery at the customer’s site or at our own facilities, recommending equipment modifications when necessary. * Determine optimal operating methods considering energy efficiency, environmental impact, and maintenance costs when providing customer support. * Complete analysis of failed products and report any anomalies to relevant stakeholders (e.g., product support and sales engineers). * Personally resolve uncommon issues and provide complex maintenance and repair services—even within the customer’s operations—and/or escalate issues as needed. * Operate machinery efficiently and test the functionality of the customer’s machinery. **YOUR PROFILE:** * University or Technical Degree: Mechanical, Electromechanical, Hydraulic, Electrical Engineering, Heavy Machinery, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role involving heavy machinery. * Experience working at the El Teniente Division (desirable). * Knowledge of underground and/or surface mining equipment. * Experience with Sandvik equipment (desirable). * Basic technical English. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS:** * Willingness to travel within and outside Chile. * Availability to work rotating shifts (7x7\). * Class B driver’s license, minimum 3 years’ validity (mandatory). * Class D driver’s license (desirable). * Residence in Rancagua or surrounding areas (mandatory).
