Your role will be fundamental in executing quotations, tenders, and document management, following established internal procedures. You will achieve this objective by: º Preparing quotations and supporting tenders, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and correct use of procurement tools and ERP systems under supervision. º Ensuring all required documentation (purchase orders, invoices, certificates, etc.) is properly archived and managed. Participating in contract and technical specification reviews. º Implementing strategies to reduce procurement costs while guaranteeing quality and timely delivery, including negotiation of commercial terms. Negotiating with suppliers to obtain more favorable commercial terms. º Mastering departmental processes, ensuring compliance with current policies and procedures. º Managing supplier relationships, ensuring adherence to delivery deadlines, negotiated conditions, and documentary compliance.
