Key Responsibilities * Supervise on-site activities related to **BESS construction, installation, and equipment installation**. * Verify proper execution of associated **civil, electrical, and electromechanical works**. * Review **drawings, technical specifications, and work procedures**. * Monitor installation of **battery containers, inverters, transformers, auxiliary systems, and cabling**. * Supervise compliance with **technical regulations and project quality standards**. * Identify and report **deviations, non-conformities, and technical observations**. * Prepare **inspection reports and construction progress reports**. * Coordinate with **engineering, construction, and commissioning teams**. * Review protocols and certificates for **material and equipment acceptance**. **Requirements** * A professional or technician holding a degree in **Electrical Engineering, Civil Electrical Engineering, or a related field**. * **Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles**, preferably in **energy projects, substations, photovoltaic plants, or BESS systems**. * Experience in **electrical or electromechanical installation supervision**. * Knowledge of **electrical drawing interpretation and technical documentation**. * Availability for **on-site work on a 5x2 schedule**.
