Our client, a leader in the energy sector (gas), is seeking an **Industrial Maintenance Supervisor** for its plant located in Coquimbo. If you have experience in industrial maintenance, equipment supervision, and operational continuity, this opportunity is for you. Our consulting firm manages the selection process, and the hiring company will directly employ the selected candidate. **Your Responsibilities** You will be responsible for executing and coordinating maintenance activities for the plant and truck fleet, ensuring adherence to procedures and safety standards to guarantee operational continuity and proper functioning. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate and supervise daily equipment associated with the gas cylinder filling process. * Execute the weekly preventive maintenance plan for the plant according to route sheets and current regulations. * Inspect the condition of conveyors, motorized equipment, carousel, filling systems, leak detection equipment, weight control systems, and auxiliary process machinery. * Supervise vehicle maintenance performed by external providers. * Perform maintenance related to gas systems and electrical components of the truck fleet. * Verify proper operation of general plant services such as water supply, heating, boilers, and lighting. * Coordinate and supervise work carried out by contractor companies and two electromechanical technicians working morning and afternoon shifts. * Perform administrative tasks related to invoices, purchase orders, supplier quotations, and work scheduling. * Provide guidance to the team, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative and safe work environment. * Apply and supervise lockout/tagout procedures prior to equipment intervention, verifying elimination or control of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and gas energy sources. **Position Conditions** Workplace: Coquimbo. Work Modality: 100% on-site. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00–16:10. Direct employment contract with the company.
