We are looking for individuals with experience in electricity generation to join our team at hydroelectric power plants. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in the field, performing and supervising key tasks that ensure the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of our facilities, in coordination with the Control Room Operator. **Primary Responsibilities** The selected candidate will be responsible for executing operational activities at the plant, primarily performing physical, on-site tasks, including: * Performing field operations associated with the electricity generation process. * Supervising the proper operation of equipment and facilities at the plant. * Supporting the Control Room Operator in executing operational maneuvers. * Identifying failures, deviations, or abnormal conditions in equipment and systems. * Coordinating and carrying out basic maintenance interventions in the field. * Complying with applicable safety, environmental, and management system standards. * Contributing to the order, cleanliness, and proper condition of facilities. * Participating in general plant activities, including maintenance shutdowns. **Position Requirements** * Education: Completed technical secondary education (in electricity, electronics, mechanics, or related fields). * Experience: Minimum of 2 years in electricity generation processes. * Valid driver’s license with at least 5 years of driving experience (mandatory). * Basic knowledge of or familiarity with: + Operation of electricity generation equipment and processes. + Computer tools (MS Office). + SAP and management systems knowledge is desirable.
