Unlimited growth in an inclusive and diverse environment. **Job Description** ---------------------- Ensure operational continuity and reliability through electromechanical maintenance of production equipment. Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure proper operation and reliability. Perform first-level preventive and corrective maintenance on electromechanical systems. Ensure operational continuity of production lines and associated processes. Carry out defined plant maintenance plans and programs. Intervene in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and power-driven systems. Detect and resolve technical failures, minimizing downtime. Comply with safety, quality, and risk prevention standards. Record maintenance activities and support continuous process improvement. Technical Competencies: * Training as an electromechanical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance technician, or related field * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance * Ability to perform preventive inspection routes * Documentation of performed work and reporting capability * Knowledge of and compliance with industrial safety standards Personal Competencies: * Critical thinking for failure diagnosis * Problem-solving to ensure operational continuity * Effective communication with operational areas (quality, safety, production, etc.) * Ability to listen and gather information from various departments * Adaptability to operational contingencies Benefits: 10% discount on your entire receipt!
