




Job Summary: We are seeking an Account Executive for Retail Banking, responsible for generating and monetizing business, advising clients, and managing portfolios within the mid-to-high-end segment. The mission of this position is to generate and monetize business with current and potential clients through the sale of Retail Banking products and services within the assigned segment, ensuring portfolio quality and growth, managing risk, and delivering outstanding advisory services and service quality—particularly for mid\-to-high-end clients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: * Execute digital channel onboarding for clients .\- Digitally educate and train clients throughout their journey of purchasing commercial products and servicing. * Advise clients on available financial products based on their needs. * Refer clients to specialized departments and self-service channels as needed (Investments, Private Site Chat, Insurance, Mortgage). * Manage assigned campaigns for selling various financial products (Consumer Loans, Current Account Plans, Risk and Collections, Mortgage Loans). To succeed in this position, you need: * A technical or professional degree related to commercial areas. * Experience performing duties associated with this role and/or in commercial areas. * At least two years of experience working as an account executive in banking. * Accreditation in investments (RIC); if not yet obtained, it must be completed upon appointment. * Experience selling intangible products. * Experience managing client portfolios.
