In this opportunity, we are looking for a Digital Channels Executive to work at our Head Office located in the commune of Las Condes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage inquiries via WhatsApp and phone, converting questions into orders. * Guide customers through cart usage, payments, and order tracking. * Generate quotations, conduct follow-ups, and implement cross-selling strategies. * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (advisory role, not merely informational). * Support commercial campaigns (e.g., Cyber, promotions, events). * Ensure fast, empathetic, and effective responses. **Desired Profile** * Technical/Professional degree in Administration, Marketing, or a commercial field. * 1–2 years of experience in digital sales, call centers, or e-commerce. * Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Solidus or similar preferred). * Experience with CRM or management systems (ERP). * Proficiency with messaging tools such as WhatsApp Business or others.
