Participation in rehabilitation and community reintegration El Peral Psychiatric Hospital is seeking a Third-Shift Assistant to support the care and supervision of users in their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), promoting their autonomy, rehabilitation, and community reintegration. The position involves providing direct accompaniment to patients, collaborating with the clinical team, and ensuring care grounded in respect, humane treatment, and quality of care, in accordance with the hospital's institutional guidelines. Main Responsibilities Support users in mobility and movement (e.g., walking, climbing stairs, standing). Assist users with dressing, personal hygiene, and bathing. Support and supervise the feeding process. Report relevant health situations, such as episodes of incontinence. Accompany users to medical consultations or transfers to other health centers when necessary. Participate in therapeutic outings as directed by the treatment team. Provide emotional support and containment, acting as a supportive figure for users. Support rehabilitation activities aimed at developing autonomy. Participate in shift handover procedures with the work team. Collaborate on extraordinary or service-support tasks as directed by management. The staff member may be reassigned to different clinical services within the hospital according to institutional needs. Requirements Mandatory Completed secondary education. At least 1 year of experience as a clinical assistant in the public or private sector. Desirable Experience working with psychiatric and/or geriatric patients. Experience in public health institutions. Desired Profile Commitment to service and respectful interpersonal conduct. Responsibility and dedication. Ability to work effectively in a team.
