Municipality of Viña del Mar \- OMIL of Viña del Mar **Economic activity:** General public administration activities ### **DESCRIPTION** A company located in the commune of Viña del Mar requires a Quality Analyst to perform the following functions: Extract samples of raw materials, materials, and packaging; conduct basic-level analyses such as temperature, density, pH, among others; contribute to the proper functioning of the Quality Management System in accordance with current regulations and specific requirements of each plant. \- Carry out extraction and analysis of samples of raw materials, materials, packaging, in-process and/or finished products according to established procedures. \- Review environmental conditions in production processes, such as temperature, relative humidity, chlorine, among others. \- Conduct follow-up and recordkeeping of raw materials, packaging, packaging materials, in-process and/or finished products, rejected and/or blocked items for use in production or distribution. \- Perform low-complexity calibrations and maintenance on equipment and supplies used by the department. \- Enter collected information into the system (SAP). \- Prepare materials and reagents for analysis as required. Requirements: Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). Technical or higher education degree in Quality and Environmental Management, Food Quality, Nutrition, Chemical Laboratory Technology, or Production Processes Technology.
