Key responsibilities \- Collaborate in translating functional and non-functional requirements into user and technical requirements, aligned with the company’s methodological framework. \- Define and maintain system architecture jointly with the system architect to ensure coherence and alignment with business objectives. \- Oversee project development to ensure timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budget. \- Train and develop the team’s technical skills. \- Implement software development quality and security standards. What are we looking for? \- Degree in Computer Engineering and/or Systems Engineering. \- 4–6 years of experience in the IT field. \- Proficiency in software development methodologies (waterfall and agile, at least Scrum and Kanban) and secure development standards (OWASP Top 10). \- Knowledge of design patterns and software architectures (primarily layered, service-oriented, and event-driven). \- Experience with programming languages, preferably Java, Spring Boot, Nest. \- Experience in native cloud development, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). \- Knowledge of Data and AI.
