Key responsibilities: Assist in conducting sensory tests and analyses following established methodologies and standards. Collaborate in coordinating the sensory panel according to products under evaluation. Collect data for report preparation. Support the organization and execution of unit workshops. Assist in managing laboratory inventory and supply availability. And other duties related to the position. Requirements: Education: Technical Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition and Dietetics, or equivalent. Interest in sensory analysis and quality fields. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Basic knowledge of ISO 17025 standards (desirable).
